Issues are published twice a year (winter and summer). The deadline for the summer issue is March 1 and the deadline for the winter issue is September 1. EJJ prides itself on timely and useful feedback on all manuscripts. Reviewers are strongly encouraged to provide timely and nuanced feedback that leans into and pushes back against articles, and to be a part of the dialogue that occurs within the journal. Guest Edited Special Issues have a rolling submission, and will be published once a year in addition to the winter and summer publication.
