Kairos: Educators Reclaiming Their Moment

Athens, Greece • July 19–23, 2027

This Is Our Moment

Educators everywhere are living through a moment that demands more than endurance; it demands agency.

The Kairos: Educators Reclaiming Their Moment conference is built on the premise that educators are not passive recipients of reform, but the people best positioned to recognize this moment and shape what comes next.

We are bringing together practitioners, scholars, and policy leaders to examine three areas that are rarely discussed in the same room: the mental and emotional weight educators carry, the global partnerships that allow us to learn from one another across borders, and the discipline of telling our own stories plainly and honestly.
