Graduate Leadership Fellows Initiative (GLFI)
Program Overview
The Graduate Leadership Fellows Initiative (GLFI) is an immersive experience taking place October 15–17, 2026, in Washington, DC. The program is designed to cultivate the next generation of transformative leaders through skill-building, mentorship, and engagement.
Practical Workshop
GLFI participants will engage in interactive workshops designed to strengthen leadership, communication, and professional development skills. These sessions will provide practical tools and strategies that scholars can immediately apply within their academic, professional, and community environments.
Leadership Sessions
Attendees will hear from accomplished leaders, scholars, and professionals who are driving change across various fields. These sessions are designed to inspire, motivate, and provide insight into pathways for impactful leadership and lifelong success.
Networking & Collaboration
Participants will have the opportunity to connect with fellow graduate scholars, mentors, and professionals from diverse backgrounds. These networking experiences are designed to foster meaningful relationships, collaboration, and long-term professional connections.
Q&A Session
Dedicated time will be provided for participants to engage directly with speakers and facilitators. This session encourages open dialogue, allowing attendees to ask questions, gain clarity, and receive personalized insights to support their leadership journey.
